Audiences
- What does 'tentative' mean?
- The screening is on sale but hasn't yet reached its minimum ticket count. If it doesn't by the cutoff, you'll be auto-refunded or offered a transfer.
- When will I know if my show is happening?
- Immediately when threshold is reached, or at the latest at the cutoff date — typically 7 to 10 days before showtime.
- What happens to my money if the show is canceled?
- You'll be offered a full refund to your original payment method, or a transfer to the next approved screening in your city.
Theaters
- What's the default seat threshold?
- 50 paid seats. Larger rooms or premium slots can set higher minimums.
- Do we hold the auditorium before the show confirms?
- Yes — conditionally. The slot is tentative until threshold is met. Once confirmed, it locks.
- Can we require manual approval of films?
- Yes. Each theater chooses auto-approve or manual review for incoming screening requests.
