A partner venue publishes an approved screening window — date, room, seat count, threshold.

Filmmaker requests city
An indie filmmaker selects the slot and launches a campaign page.

Audience pre-buys tickets
A public ticket page goes live with a countdown, threshold bar, and refund policy.

Threshold check at cutoff
7–10 days before showtime: if tickets meet threshold, the screening confirms automatically.

Confirmed or refunded
Confirmed shows lock and notify. Below threshold? Customers choose refund or transfer.

Show & payout
After the screening, payouts and reports flow to theater and filmmaker.
